Job Description: Construction Site Supervisor

Position Overview:The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety protocols are being followed.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, reporting any discrepancies to management.
• Facilitate communication between clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and safety reports.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.
