Job Description

  • Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is executed according to project plans, safety standards, and timelines.

  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, workers, and site activities to maintain smooth workflow.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, identify issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.

  • Manage site documentation including work progress reports, attendance, material usage, and incident reports.

  • Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients on work progress, technical issues, and site requirements.

  • Ensure proper allocation, use, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials on site.

  • Resolve site-related conflicts, issues, or delays promptly to avoid project disruptions.

  • Enforce workplace safety practices and participate in toolbox meetings and safety briefings.

  • Monitor delivery of materials and verify quantities against purchase orders.

  • Support in planning and sequencing work activities to meet project milestones.
