Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at project sites. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising workers, ensuring safety standards, and supporting smooth project execution according to quality and timeline requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site activities, including workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with WSH regulations.
- Assist Site Manager/Project Manager in monitoring progress and resolving site issues.
- Check workmanship and quality of works carried out.
- Manage materials and tools allocation at the site.
- Prepare site reports and provide updates to management.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders when required.
Requirements
- Diploma / NITEC / equivalent qualification in Construction / Engineering / related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as a site supervisor.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and MOM regulations.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and lead a team of workers.
- Candidates with Insulation Process experience will be an advantage.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Saturdays: 8:00am - 12:00pm
