Job Description

Travel to various sites to supervise and manage the on-site installation of outdoor camera systems, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and according to project specifications.
Lead and coordinate a team of technicians, installers, and subcontractors.
Conduct site assessments to determine the most effective camera placements and configurations.
Ensure that all safety protocols and industry regulations are followed during the installation process.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the installation of camera systems.
Monitor the progress of installations to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
Perform quality control checks to ensure systems are functioning correctly before handover to the client.
Maintain accurate records of installation activities, materials used, and any issues encountered on site.
Train and mentor junior technicians and installers to ensure high standards of performance and safety.
Provide regular reports to management regarding project progress, challenges, and completion timelines.
Ensure that all equipment and tools are maintained and used properly to avoid damage or loss.
Site supervision, with handling of outdoor camera system installation (CCTV, security cameras).
Handling of security systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
Read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
Lift equipment and work in various outdoor weather conditions.
Climb ladders and work at heights, for camera installations.
