Site Supervisor cum General Foreman

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor cum General Foreman to oversee day-to-day construction site activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring work progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining quality standards at all project sites.

Key Responsibilities

. Supervise daily construction site operations and manpower deployment.

. Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and workers to ensure smooth workflow.

. Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

. Liaise with project managers, consultants, clients, and authorities when required.

. Monitor construction progress and prepare daily site reports.

. Resolve site issues promptly and ensure minimal project delays.

. Manage materials, equipment, and site resources effectively.

. Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.

. Ensure proper housekeeping and site discipline at all times.

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

. Minimum 5 years of relevant construction site supervision experience.

. Strong knowledge of building construction methods and site management.

. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities.

. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project documentation.

. Willing to work at various project sites & Rotational Shifts Depending on Site Requirements across Singapore.
