SITE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers on-site

• Ensure workplace safety, compliance with MOM regulations, and site cleanliness

• Monitor work progress, quality, and timelines

• Report site progress and issues to Project Manager

• Attend site meetings and inspections

• Ensure proper use of materials and equipment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant construction site supervision experience

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Able to work independently and under pressure

• Relevant certification (e.g. WSQ, BCA, or equivalent) preferred
