SITE SUPERVISOR CUM DRIVER

Site Supervision: Manage and monitor on-site work progress, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects adhere to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations (WSH Act/MOM requirements).

Logistics & Driving: Operate company vehicles to fetch workers from dormitories to sites, and transport tools or construction materials.

Site Safety: Conduct daily safety inspections, ensure proper PPE usage, and act as a safety coordinator.

Reporting & Admin: Document site progress, highlight issues, and report to managers, including conducting site surveys and measurements.

Maintenance: Ensure the company vehicle is kept clean, safe, and well-maintained.

License: Valid Class 3 driving license.

Experience: 1-3 years in the construction industry, with a preference for waterproofing, roofing, or concrete repair experience.

Certifications: Building Construction Supervision Safety (BCSS) or Work-at-Height for Supervisors.

Attributes: Good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work overtime
