Site Supervisor (Construction)

Job Description & Requirements

• Supervise daily construction site activities.

• Ensure workers follow safety rules and company procedures.

• Monitor work progress and report updates to the project manager.

• Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers on site.

• Ensure construction work is carried out according to drawings and instructions.

• Check materials, equipment, and manpower on site.

• Maintain cleanliness and order at the construction site.

• Assist in general site duties and perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Basic experience in construction or site supervision preferred.

• Able to communicate with workers and follow instructions.

• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work on-site.

• Able to perform general construction duties when required.
