Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule new and ongoing construction projects to ensure timely delivery and resource optimization
  • Deploy and manage manpower on site to meet project requirements and maintain operational efficiency
  • Coordinate and supervise daily site activities, enforcing safety protocols and quality standards across all work and subcontractors
  • Procure project materials and liaise with suppliers to secure timely delivery aligned with project schedules
  • Monitor project progress against timelines and implement corrective actions to address delays or issues
  • Inspect site work regularly to identify defects or non-compliance and report findings promptly to the Project Manager
  • Prepare and submit detailed progress reports and work completion documentation to support project tracking and stakeholder communication
  • Lead site meetings and engage with customers to align on schedules, requirements, and quality expectations
  • Execute additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational objectives

Required competencies and certifications

  • Possess Class 3 driving licence

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • ITE or Diploma in Construction-related certificate or minimum 5 years of experience in construction
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
  • Exhibit initiative, energy, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
