CONPLUS RESOURCES PTE LTD was incorporated in 1994 with over 32 years of experience in the areas of construction and maintenance works. As a service provider in the construction industry, we are registered with the Building and Construction Authority as a Grade C3 General Builder with a Class 2 Builder License. The Company's core business is in contracting work which include building maintenance, epoxy resin flooring system, concrete floor resurfacing. Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule new and ongoing construction projects to ensure timely delivery and resource optimization
- Deploy and manage manpower on site to meet project requirements and maintain operational efficiency
- Coordinate and supervise daily site activities, enforcing safety protocols and quality standards across all work and subcontractors
- Procure project materials and liaise with suppliers to secure timely delivery aligned with project schedules
- Monitor project progress against timelines and implement corrective actions to address delays or issues
- Inspect site work regularly to identify defects or non-compliance and report findings promptly to the Project Manager
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports and work completion documentation to support project tracking and stakeholder communication
- Lead site meetings and engage with customers to align on schedules, requirements, and quality expectations
- Execute additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess Class 3 driving licence
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- ITE or Diploma in Construction-related certificate or minimum 5 years of experience in construction
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Exhibit initiative, energy, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
