Job Summary
As a Site Supervisor (Civil/Infrastructure), you will lead coordination and supervision of subcontractors and in-house teams to deliver civil engineering projects that meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and in-house workers to ensure timely and quality execution of civil infrastructure works
- Verify that installations conform precisely to construction drawings to maintain design integrity
- Collaborate with safety personnel to enforce health and safety standards on site, reducing risks and ensuring compliance
- Support Project Managers and Engineers by executing permanent and temporary works according to project plans and specifications
- Conduct inspections of equipment, materials, and routine site activities to uphold quality and operational standards
- Monitor work progress and quality against project timelines, identifying and resolving issues proactively
- Lead daily toolbox meetings to communicate clear instructions and reinforce safety and quality expectations
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, housekeeping standards, and prepare detailed site reports for project tracking
- Manage site manpower planning and allocation to optimize workforce productivity and meet project demands
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support project delivery and site operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Certificate in Pavement Construction & Maintenance is advantageous
- Hands-on experience in civil engineering site supervision is preferred
- Demonstrated proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach with strong problem-solving and communication skills
