Lead and supervise work closely with subcontractors within the scheduled timeline
Ensure subcontractors execute their works accordingly to the industrial standards and contract specifications
Assist in project defects and rectifications
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Possess Minimum a Certificate in Building Supervision or relevant discipline
Experience in HDB BSC Operation would be an advantage
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Mandarin-speaking residents/associates in regards with the maintenance matters)
