Site Coordinator (Construction)/Supervisor

Bhuvan Construction Pte Ltd is a growing construction firm in Singapore, known for delivering high-quality building and Infrastructure projects. As we expand, we are looking for a skilled Site Supervisor join our dynamic and committed team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily on-site construction activities to ensure work is executed according to project plans and schedules.
- Liaise with project Managers, Engineers, Subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth site operations.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports, highlighting delays, risks, and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, site procedures, and local authority requirements.
- Maintain and organize site documentation, including permits, drawings, inspection reports, and work records
- Coordinate delivery and usage of construction materials, tools, and equipment to avoid delays or shortages.
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure quality standards and workmanship meet project specifications.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.
- Support site meetings, toolbox talks, and briefings to ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.
- Assist in workforce coordination, including scheduling workers and subcontractors efficiently.
- Track site activities and support cost control efforts by monitoring material usage and minimizing wastage.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and site organization at all times.
- Assist in risk assessments and implementation of safety measures.
- Support project documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of site processes and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Construction , Civil Engineering, or a related field or Construction Experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction supervision or a similar role.
- Knowledge of construction processes, site operations, and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with local authority requirements and permits.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced site environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic reporting.
- Able to workday or night shift.
