Job Scope
- Operate and monitor steam boilers and related utilities equipment to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Conduct routine checks on boilers, pumps, valves, compressors, and steam systems.
Monitor boiler pressure, temperature, water levels, and fuel supply to ensure safe operation. - Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on boiler systems and utilities equipment.
- Record operating data, maintenance activities, and system performance.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety regulations and boiler operation procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to support plant operations.
Assist in shutdown, inspection, and repair of boilers when required.
Requirements
- Boiler Attendant Certificate (BOA) / MOM Boiler Attendant Certificate preferred.
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating boilers in manufacturing / plant environment preferred.
