Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure works are carried out safely, on schedule, and in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.

The candidate will coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and workers to deliver quality construction works while complying with MOM and BCA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and manpower

• Coordinate with Project Manager, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or site issues

• Monitor work progress and report status updates

• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations and site safety requirements

• Prepare daily site reports and assist in progress claims if required

• Attend site meetings and coordinate inspections

Requirements

• Minimum 5 & Above years of relevant site supervision experience

• Experience in Construction works preferred

• Able to read and interpret construction drawings

• Familiar with Singapore construction practices and WSH requirements

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Possess BCSS / Assess Confined Space for safe entry and work

• Able to work independently and under pressure
