To take and carry out site supervision in accordance to the Project specification and BCA ACT & Regulation, and to the requirement of the contracts with the client.
Liaise with consultants and /or sub-contractors on the project matters
Check drawings and raise technical queries to resolve the discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution
To plan and prepare for works as per required
To attend meeting with clients, authorities and others when necessary
To carry out work related to civil & structural such as construction building supervision, periodic structural inspections, road audit and any other jobs as per instructed.
Able to deliver quality works under short deadline
