Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate structural and architectural works on site according to approved drawings and project schedule.
- Monitor subcontractors work progress, workmanship, and compliance with site requirements.
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report site progress to the Project Manager / Site Engineer.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant parties on technical and site issues.
- Assist in planning site activities and resolving construction issues.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices are maintained at site.
- Attend site meetings and inspections when required.
- Maintain records of site progress, manpower, and materials delivered.
- Highlight delays, discrepancies, and site issues promptly for corrective action.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant site supervision experience in structural or architectural works.
- Candidates with RTO certification are welcome.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and site coordination.
- Able to supervise subcontractors and ensure work is completed on schedule.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and site safety practices.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple parties on site.
- Diploma / Nitec in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in main contractor projects will be an advantage.
