Supervise architectural and architectural-related works on site in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and LTA standards.
Carry out site inspections to ensure construction works comply with quality requirements, approved materials, and workmanship standards.
Review and monitor contractors shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and construction sequences prior to implementation.
Ensure compliance with relevant authorities regulations, safety requirements, and project quality assurance procedures.
Monitor site progress and verify works completed prior to inspections, testing, and handover stages.
Witness inspections, testing activities, mock-ups, and material installations to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
Identify defects, non-conformances, or deviations and report findings to the Resident Engineer (RE) / Consultant team.
Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve site technical issues.
Maintain proper site supervision records, including daily site diaries, inspection reports, site instructions, and quality documentation.
Assist the RE in managing site supervision matters, progress reporting, and coordination meetings.
Participate in TOP/CSC inspections, defect management, and project completion activities.
