Department Overview:
Akribis IT department helps to support internal IT infrastructureand all local IT devices with the help of an external IT vendor.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise Vendor: Work closely with external IT vendor, coordinating and supervising all IT related services and work done by external vendors.
- Monitor and Maintain Systems: Continuously monitor system performance and reliability, responding to incidents and outages as they occur.
- IT Automation: Develop and implement automation tools to streamline operational processes and reduce manual intervention.
- Incident Management: Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot complex issues, and conduct post-mortem analyses to prevent future incidents.
- Training: Conduct applications training for internal stakeholders.
- Capacity Planning: Manage system capacity and performance, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet demand.
- Collaboration: Work with software engineers to improve system reliability and performance, contributing to the development of new features and enhancements.

Required Qualifications:
- More than 1 year of work experience or a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information System or equivalent
- Experience in Microsoft 365 platform. Experience in Microsoft Power Platform is an added advantage
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Service oriented and positive working attitude
- Team player, proactive and willing to learn new technologies
Skillset(s) Requirement:
- Must be familiar with Microsoft 365 cloud administration and with some experience in Windows Server Environment.
Additional Requirements:
- One year of relevant experience supporting Windows endpoint PC and some experience in Windows Server environment.
