Site Quantity Surveyor (A1 Maincon)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs for project works.

• Review and study pre-contract documentation and files.

• Identify specified materials or approved equivalents.

• Review pre-contract quotations and obtain additional quotations for required works.

• Verify availability of materials and assess delivery lead times.

• Source, clarify, and assist in the negotiation of quotations with subcontractors and suppliers.

• Reconcile contract quantities against those claimed by subcontractors and suppliers.

• Measure, monitor, and price variation works.

• Prepare periodic progress valuations.

• Review and verify progress claims submitted by subcontractors.

• Study site instructions and advise the Project Manager on associated time and cost implications.

• Monitor project expenses and report financial status to the Project Manager.

• Brief site personnel on procedures for recording and confirming oral instructions.

• Manage and close out final accounts.
