Key Responsibilities (Job Scope):
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution
- Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers, and workers on site
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project schedule
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical or site issues promptly
- Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams for project coordination
- Manage materials, manpower, and site logistics effectively
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
- Ensure quality control and workmanship meet company standard
Requirement:
- Able to arrange own daily commute to and from the workplace.
