SITE PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary:

An established Civil & Structural Consultant firm looking for suitably qualified candidates to assist us in performing on-site project management and day-to-day operations for HDB Demolition Works contract.

Job Requirements:

. Degree in Civil/ Structural/ Building Science/ Project Management, Construction Management or other Construction and engineering related degree recognized by the respective Professional Bodies in Singapore or BCA.

. Minimum 5 years of relevant post-graduate working experience in the building construction industry, preferably in HDB projects or 3 years of relevant post-graduate project management experience.

. Conversant with the MS Office and familiar with MS Project Management software.

. Conversant with construction safety requirements and site authority compliances.

. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

. Contract administration and project management as a Consultant Project Manager stationed full time on site.

. Evaluate and monitor contractor's program and progress of works.

. Coordination and site supervision to ensure quality, workmanship and compliance with specifications and statutory/authority requirements.

. Preparing of reports, project documents and managing/attending to all site matters.
