- Site Project Manager
- Working Days: 5.5days
- Working Timing: Mon to Fri 8am to 5:30pm & Sat 8am to 12:30pm
- Working Location: Woodlands / Site Office
- Salary: $5,000 to $8,000 depending on experience
The role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, project management methodologies and the ability to work in both office and field settings.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
- Have Site Project Management Skills
- Experience in chiller & air conditioning system, ACMV & HVAC (M&E)
Responsibilities & Duties
- Knowledge of M&E project requirements and contract requirements
- Able to manage projects/ claims/ sub-contracts
- To able to work odd hours (if necessary)
- Meet with clients to clearly define and document their requirements and expectations for each project.
- Oversee the proper installation of M&E services, verifying that all work is completed according to the established specifications and standards.
- Monitor working practices on-site, manage contractors, and report any instances of non-compliance to your line manager to facilitate prompt resolution.
