Site Manager

Job Description

• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
• Plan and schedule work in accordance to the master and detailed work programme.
• Liaise with consultants for technical issues and coordinate site activities with subcontractors.
• Handle technical and engineering problems.
• Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works and ensure work progress according to schedule.
• Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

Job Specification

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Singapore PE Board is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in Construction Industry for main building projects.
• Experience in overseeing Singapore HDBBTO project is preferred.
• Willing to work 5.5 days at HDB construction site.
