We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to oversee our construction projects. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and guide site workers and subcontractors.
- Interpret and implement civil/structural drawings and specifications.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate daily site activities.
- Ensure safety regulations are strictly enforced on site.
- Act as the key link between the site team, consultants, and Project Manager.
- Monitor progress, control resources, and resolve site issues.
- Ensure workmanship and materials meet required quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of relevant site management experience in civil/road/structural works (experience in road work construction will be an advantage).
- Good knowledge of safety regulations and construction processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
