Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, supervise, and manage daily site operations for infrastructure projects.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Develop and monitor work schedules, progress, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coordinate and liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure site work complies with safety, health, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Control and monitor project costs, manpower, and materials to achieve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.
  • Lead site meetings, prepare progress reports, and update management on project status.
  • Handle claims, variations, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years experience in civil/infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and regulations in Singapore.
  • Proven ability to lead site teams, manage subcontractors, and deliver projects successfully.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, leadership, and communication abilities.
  • Working Location: East
