Job Description
- Manageand supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate construction, structural steel, installation, fabrication, and related site works.
- Plan and allocate manpower according to project requirements and work schedules.
- Track project progress against agreed schedules and targets.
- Coordinate with the Main Contractor, subcontractors, consultants, engineers, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with Singapore workplace safety requirements and project safety procedures.
- Review drawings and identify technical or constructability issues before and during execution.
