-To coordinate the works progress on site and attend site meetings with the Main-contractor personnel.

-To coordinate with main-contractor site engineer for construction drawing as to ensure works done on site is in place.

-Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements.

-Ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and the highest quality standards.

-Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions.

-To supervise the workers on site.

-Has experience with carpentry & rebar works.

-Overall in charge of site progress and workers

-To prepare Bar Bending Schedule on site.

-Ordering of site materials
