SITE MANAGER

Responsibilities :

• To lead site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work.
• To plan ahead of schedule so that site problems can be resolved before they have impact on cost, overall schedule and quality
• Manage Correspondence & Documentation with Client/Client's Representative and Contractors
• To administer changes to the contracts department
• To review and approve equipments/materials requisitions
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labourforce and the work of any subcontractors
• Liaising with local authorities, client's representatives, sub-contractors and consultants
• Checking and ensuring all plans and work are as per specifications
• Resolving any technical difficulties and problem that may arise on site

Requirements :

• Diploma/Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline
• Minimum 3years experience from Construction background
• Positive personality and good team player
• Meticulous and responsible
• Able to multi task and work in tight schedules
