Department: Site Operations
Location: Singapore
Reports to: Construction Manager or Director (Operations)

Role Overview

Lead site operations and theconstruction team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliancewith quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee construction works, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and QA/EHS requirements.
Resolve site issues, drawing discrepancies, and variations.
Manage project costs, reports, progress payments, variation orders, and final accounts.
Review tenders, interview subcontractors, and recommend subcontract awards.
Lead and train site engineers and supervisors.
Conduct site progress meetings and coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
Ensure CoreTrade compliance, timely EPSS and C-Score submissions, and proper project documentation.
Complete final accounts and upload project documents to SharePoint within three months of TOP.
Improve construction processes, productivity, and site performance.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering or a related building discipline.
Minimum five years of experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of C&S, M&E, and architectural works.
Familiarity with Singapore regulatory approval processes, the Building Control Act, and applicable regulations.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
