Site Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily site operations to ensure continuous workflow and project progress
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Supervise subcontractors, workers, and site staff to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards to maintain project integrity
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities to facilitate approvals and project updates
• Attend site and progress meetings to report status and resolve issues promptly
• Identify and resolve site issues or delays to minimize disruptions to project timelines
• Optimize manpower, materials, and equipment usage to improve operational efficiency
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH), quality, and environmental standards to maintain a safe and compliant site
• Prepare detailed site reports and progress updates to document project status and inform stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant site/project management experience
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or airport projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site coordination
• Familiarity with Singapore WSH and authority requirements
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Must possess CSCPM Certificate
