About our client:

Our client specialises in ground improvement, piling, and geotechnical solutions that support safe and stable foundations for major developments.

About the role:

1. Provide guidance and support to the Project Manager in executing daily production plans and site activities, including rig movement, manpower allocation, and material arrangement.

2. Escalate and obtain approval from the Project Manager for any required changes in resources, such as overtime, additional manpower, or additional equipment.

3. Audit and highlight QA/QC non-conformances to the Site Engineer.

4. Maintain equipment in good working condition through planned periodic maintenance (daily, monthly inspections), boom-down inspections, and responding effectively to equipment breakdowns.

5. Support the Project Manager in ensuring working platform safety at the project site.

6. Develop and mentor direct reports through engagement, coaching, and performance feedback, including providing product-related knowledge to supervisors and operators.

7. Support innovation and continuous process improvement initiatives.

8. Ensure implementation of global HSEQ programmes and initiatives at the project site, including OSA, pre-mobilisation inspections, and 5S / Lean practices.

9. Ensure full compliance with the company's HR policies within the site team.

About you:

1. Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

2. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience managing Deep Soil Mixing (DSM) or equivalent ground improvement project sites.

3. Possession of relevant construction safety certifications.

4. Experience in other ground improvement techniques (in addition to DSM) will be an advantage.
