About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled site manager to join our team at Powen Engineering Pte Ltd for our project , namely Woodlands Checkpoint Extension.

As a site manager, your role will be pivotal in the execution and coordination of our ongoing construction projects and ensuring their successful completion.

You will oversee and direct all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards and project requirements. You will also be responsible for the construction project's document management, budget allocations, fostering a productive work environment and maintaining solid relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

Oversee and direct all on-site activities
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards and project requirements
Manage the construction project's document management

Requirement

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in electrical engineering or a related field
5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a track record of successfully delivering Singapore projects on time and within budget
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and quality standards in Singapore
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to effectively address site challenges and make sound judgments
Salary shall be negotiable based on experience, skills and recognised qualification
