Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams of construction workers, subcontractors, and engineers to deliver projects that meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives
Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to maximize productivity and efficiency
Monitor project progress continuously, identify risks proactively, and execute corrective actions to maintain project timelines and standards
Ensure strict adherence to all applicable health, safety, environmental regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and stakeholders by providing timely updates and resolving project-related concerns
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating and enhancing construction processes and procedures
Interpret and apply construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents to guide project execution
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in construction
Proven ability to deliver construction projects on time and within budget
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills demonstrated through managing the project
Comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and project management methodologies
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
