Site Manager (Construction)

Job Description:

• Assists PM in leading project team in planning and execution of day to day activities.
• Manage, monitor and regulate schedule and quality performance of all sub-contractors.
• Conduct regular site progress meetings with client and consultant.
• Ensure project is completed within specific time, budget, quality, environment and safety.

Job Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of project management experience in the built environment is required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Possess good leadership qualities.
• Good positive working attitude, self motivated and responsible.
