Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction activities and progress independently
  • Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements
  • Supervise structural/architectural works, co-ordinate with client's representatives
  • Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub contractor to perform on site work
  • Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period
  • Ensure the quality of work
  • Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager
  • Prepare daily progress report and work schedule
  • Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site
  • Attend project meeting
  • Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager's capability

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Min 8 years of working experience
  • Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff
  • Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company
