Plan, lead and monitor progress and performance against the project plan
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, which includes manpower planning, construction progress monitoring, preparation of master schedule and cost control
Take actions to deal with the results of delay, bad weather or emergencies at construction site
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and authorities in resolving site issues
Effectively applies safe and economical methodolgyand enforces project standards
Job Requirements:
Recognised Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum 8 years construction experience in project/site management in construction industry
Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
