Role Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the installation of systems, equipment, or projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The role involves managing teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and addressing any issues that arise during the installation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Develop and execute project work plans, manage timelines, and adapt to changing requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead and supervise installation teams, ensuring effective workflow and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all environmental, health, and safety requirements are strictly observed throughout the installation process.
- Quality Control: Monitor the quality of installations, conduct site inspections, and resolve any non-conformities.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the point of contact between ground crews, project engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Resource Management: Oversee equipment requests, deliveries, and proper storage on-site.
Role Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in construction site/project management with 2 years of supervisory experience
- Familiar with structured cabling and installation of security system, CCTV, cabling, etc
- Comfortable to travel to different sites
