Job Scope
- Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction and architectural activities, ensuring projects are completed within budget and to the highest quality standards
- Manage and supervise a team of construction professionals, including engineers, architects, and technicians
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery
- Identify and mitigate risks, implement effective problem-solving strategies, and make critical decisions to keep projects on track
- Develop and implement site-specific health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and cost analyses
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction and architectural processes and practices
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction and architectural industry
- Project experience in landed residential and renovation projects, and addition & alteration (A&A) works are highly advantage.
- Strong technical understanding of civil/structural engineering and architectural principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental legislation and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
