As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide leadership and coordination for all operational activities to ensure the facility runs efficiently and delivers high-quality patient care.
- Understand the needs and expectations of the local network-including patients, referrers, suppliers, partners, and doctors-from admission to discharge, and build strong relationships by resolving service issues promptly.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for consultants and oncology specialists, fostering collaborative and supportive working relationships.
- Oversee the site's financial performance, including: Preparing and managing the annual operating, capital, and facility maintenance budgets, along with required business plans. Approving and escalating patient accounts as necessary.
- Work with the Business Development Manager to grow the business by promoting the site's services, delivering on strategic priorities, and identifying opportunities to increase patient volume and revenue.
- Lead the execution and review of clinical governance and risk-management frameworks to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the site team to address incidents, feedback, hazards, and maintenance concerns, and develop improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Manage the site's accreditation process, including implementing recommendations, monitoring audits, and overseeing quality improvement plans and projects.
- Review and update policies, procedures, protocols, and manuals to ensure best practice standards and support optimal patient outcomes
