Site Manager

Job Description

• Develop and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Plan and worl schedules and organise resources.
• Monitor progress and ensure milestones are met.
• Oversee daily operations and activities on site.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and workers.
• Order materials and equipment.
• Enforce all health and safety regulations and protocols on site.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess quality and ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.
• Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Act as the main point of contact between workers, management and clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during construction.
• Proactively address delays and other challenges to keep the project on track.

Job Requirements

• Min 5 years or relevant working experience related industries.
• Able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Diploma / Degree in relaged fields.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
