Our client, a reputable civil and building contractor, is seeking an experienced Site M&E Coordinator to manage mechanical and electrical design coordination and construction support for LTA and building projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work on diverse, high-profile projects with a leading contractor.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor consultants M&E design progress against submission schedules and detailed design timelines
• Review design drawings from consultants, identify missing information, design clashes, or constructability issues
• Oversee and manage M&E design coordination, liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and project progress
• Coordinate drawing schedules and timely release of construction drawings, ensuring all disciplines are aligned
• Collaborate with BIM modelers/drafters to prepare accurate shop drawings, capturing dimensions and technical details
• Identify key technical sections and data for construction, and resolve technical challenges proactively
• Support the construction team and subcontractors in document submission for approvals, including material submissions, specifications, method statements, and specialist shop drawings
• Address and resolve technical issues raised on site, ensuring proper documentation and communication

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of experience as an M&E Coordinator on building and infrastructure projects, preferably with LTA exposure
• Proficient in M&E coordination, contract administration, and professional practice
• Knowledge of site temporary M&E installations, BIM coordination, and shop drawings
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret technical drawings independently
• Experience working in a main contractor environment

. Salary : up to S$7,500 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
