Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site IT Technician to support the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting ofour company's proprietary software at client sites.
This role also involves working with basic AV (Audio-Visual)systems, making it ideal for candidates with a mix of IT support and onsitetechnical experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and support company software at client sites
- Troubleshoot software issues and resolve user problems onsite
- Provide basic IT support (PC setup, system configuration)
- Assist with setup and troubleshooting of AV equipment (e.g. displays, audio systems)
- Support system testing, upgrades, and implementation
- Train end-users on system usage
- Liaise with internal support/development team for issue escalation
- Document issues, solutions, and site activities
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Basic IT knowledge (Windows, software installation, troubleshooting)
- Experience in software or technical support role preferred
- Basic AV knowledge (e.g. screens, audio setup) is an advantage
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to work independently and travel to different sites
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience supporting business applications or in-house systems
- Basic knowledge of databases or SQL
- Experience with AV systems, displays, or control systems
