Executive, IT
You will provide support to the IT Department in overseeing the organization's information technology operations and other day-to-day tasks assigned by the IT Manager including activities and deliverables for IT projects and coordinating with vendors and staff.
Role and Responsibilities:
Your key role and responsibilities are:
. Support the day-to-day operation of various systems such as Donor Management System,
. Volunteer Management System, and Integrated Case Management System.
. Manage IT requirements for events, e.g. Charities Week.
. Support the implementation, enhancements, and changes to existing and new applications.
. Helpdesk support and troubleshooting for office IT, setup, and handle office computer/network/server issues.
. Support and manage other IT projects/tasks as assigned by the IT Manager.
. And any other projects or duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of relevant experience.
