Job Description:

Job Title: Site foreman

Requirements:

1. More than 4 years experience related to the architecture project management as a foreman.

2. Solid knowledge of architecture construction procedures, equipment, materials, quality control and the site safety (WHS).

3. Able to read project drawings and plans

4. Excellent organizational and leadership skills

5. Able to communicate and report effectively

6. Problem-solving abilities to respond ad-hoc matters or emergency issues

7. Good physical condition and stamina

Responsibilities:

. Work out own team plan according to priorities and the main-con plan

. Ensure work done in good quality as per the plan

. Site and team safety management and to ensure all safety precautions and quality standards are met

. Work out labour management plan and monitor

. Supervise and provide a training to the workers on tiling

. Supervise and ensure the use of electric tools safely

. Resolve problems when they arise in the site

. Resolve problems when they arise in the team

. Report on the work progress to the managers, engineers, and main-con contacts etc.
