Lead crews, assign tasks, monitor attendance, mentor staff, and resolve team conflicts.

Develop daily/weekly work plans, set deadlines, and ensure tasks align with project goals.

Ensure work is done accurately, following plans and specifications, and meets quality standards.

Act as the liaison between workers, supervisors, clients, and suppliers provide progress reports.
