Job Summary
Lead and manage A&A maintenance contract teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes. Drive effective coordination with contractors and site staff while ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise teams of workers and subcontractors to achieve project milestones and maintain quality standards
- Place procurement orders accurately based on specified project requirements to ensure timely availability of materials
- Coordinate and schedule site inspections with the main contractor to facilitate smooth project progress
- Communicate proactively with site construction staff to resolve issues and align on work activities
- Maintain clear and consistent communication channels with the main contractor to support collaboration and problem-solving on site
- Enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations to uphold a safe working environment
Required competencies and certifications
- Hold a valid Class 3 driving license as required for site mobility and operational duties
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Possess at least 5 years of experience managing A&A maintenance contracts, demonstrating proven leadership and project coordination skills
