SITE ENGINEER

• Attend to customers enquiry and conduct site survey as required
• Carry out detail design and provide proposal for customers
• Plan and schedules works with reference to contractual schedules
• Attend to all operational matters related to the daily running of the project
• Perform Engineering Design and drawings
• Project coordination and documentation
• Perform building/site inspections.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
• Attend progress meetings.
• Co-ordinate with customers to handover completed project with project documents.
• Submit tenders, material costing, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Great networking abilities.
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• 3 years & above working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Keen to learn and work independently with minimum guidance.
• Able to work under pressure, dynamic, creative and results oriented.
• Sound knowledge of construction.
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Conversant in regulatory requirements and building codes.
• Good knowledge of AutoCad and Revit.
• Possess Class 3/3A driving license preferred.
