- Assist the Project Manager in the planning, design and day to day
- Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project, Deal with Maincon Supervisor ,Workers and subcon.
- Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance with the company's operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects in accordance to schedule
- Ensuring supervisors meet clients regulatory work requirements.
- Complete technical and safety submissions prior to commencement of Bored Piling Projects
- Manage Site operation issues
- Carry out resource planning for bored Piling projects
- Liaise with Consultants clients and main contractor
- Prepare Flow Chart and Methods of Construction
- Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by Project Manager relating to project execution
Requiments
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Or any other related (accreditated by Singapore PEB)
- At least 2-5 year experience in Piling is advantageuos
- Familiar with AUTOCAD
- Minimum 2 years of handling bored piling works experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment and have a passion in foundation/geotechnical engineering works
- Computer proficient in MS Office
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A good team player with ability to meet tight deadlines
- Good organizational planning skills
- Effective communication and coordination skills and teamwork
