Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervision: Oversee daily construction work, manage contractors, and check crew progress.
• Technical Work: Read and interpret blueprints, surveys, and engineering drawings.
• Quality Control: Inspect building materials and completed work to meet standards.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety rules and minimize site hazards.
• Problem-Solving: Provide technical advice and fix issues on site.
• Reporting: Maintain daily records, site logs, and progress reports for stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on work in site supervision or construction.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (like AutoCAD), surveying tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and time-management abilities
• Languages: 中英文必须十分流利。(Fluent in both Mandarin and English.)
